ZW stands for ‘zero waste’.

We’ve been using and giving away these products since 2017. At the end of 2020, we decided to make them available on our website so that everybody had the opportunity to try them and hopefully enjoy them as much as we do.

Face Exfoliating Cloth, Body Exfoliating Cloth, Soap Pouch & Cocoon Scrub.

Made from 100% hand reeled raw silk. Woven and crocheted by hand in Nepal.

100% Biodegradable.

How to use them :

Face Exfoliating Cloth : Soak in warm water for a minute or two. Cover your face with the warm cloth and start cleaning your face gently, spending more time on the t-zone. Use once or twice a week.

Body Exfoliating Cloth: Soak in warm water and gently use throughout the body, especially on areas where skin is a bit more rough. Use once or twice a week.

Soap Pouch: Place your soap bar inside the bag and use normally. It will add exfoliating properties to it.

Silk Cocoon Scrub: Soak in hot water for 3-5 minutes. Place the cocoon in the finger that feels more comfortable to you and massage your face gently every evening after cleansing. Once finished, rinse the cocoon thoroughly and let it air dry. You can reuse each cocoon from 5-10 times.

Silk properties on the skin:

There is a lot written about the benefits of silk on the skin : it boosts collagen, regenerates and repairs cells, maintains skin’s hydration, it has anti-aging effects, and even protects against UVB rays.

We are not skin care experts and cannot prove the veracity of all this information, we can only speak from our experience. We’ve been using these products over the years and the truth is that they leave the skin feeling clean, fresh, very smooth, and alive.
