A: Most of our products are “one-size-fits-all”. In each product description you will find measurements and tips about sizes. Most of the items are made to fit anyone from small to large size and, depending on the person, it will have an “oversized” or a “fitted” look. We can send you more pictures and information about any of our products, please write us an email asking for them.

We only use trackable delivery services. All shippings are made from Monday to Friday before 6pm – Spanish local time. Please, be aware that for purchases made outside the EU additional custom charges may be applied. In order to avoid surprises we would recommend to get informed at your local Custom Office.
A: We like wrapping all packages nicely and prepairing all the deliveries with love and care, so please, allow us 1-2 working days to send your purchase (*). Delivery time will depend on the shipping method chosen and the country.
(*) Unless we are traveling, in that case we would let you know the estimated delivery date.
A: Our aim is that you are happy with your purchase. If you would like to return any product, please contact us within the next 7 days of receiving it. Items must be sent back unworn, in perfect conditions and in their original packaging. You will be responsible of the return postage and for safety, we would recommend you use a trackable delivery service and keep the proof of postage. If we have to pay additional postage charges on your package, we may deduct the amount of such charges from any refund we send to you. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us. We will proceed with the refund within the next 5 working days of receiving the items. Customers will be responsible of shipping costs, unless is otherwise stated.
